Formal examinations are mid-term, final, deferred final examinations scheduled and administered by Examination Services within the dates specified in the Carleton University Undergraduate Calendar for such exams.  SES is responsible for making Gold Coast Accommodation arrangements for all formally scheduled exams. Confirmation of Gold Coast Accommodation arrangements for each student is usually posted on the at least two weeks before to first day of a formal examination period.
